Biography and work of Ben Laughton Smith

Having painted and drawn since a young age, Sussex based painter Ben Laughton Smith left his career in law to pursue fine art. He studied first in Salisbury under Nicholas Beer before joining LARA as a student in 2014. During his four years of training, Ben was recognised by the Queen Elizabeth Scholarship Trust which awarded him the Sir Siegmund Warburg Scholarship.
