Biography and work of Andrew Gow

Andrew Gow is a portrait painter based in London. He started his training at Williams College in Massachusetts, where he graduated Cum Laude, with Honours, winning the Peyzer Prize for painting. Afterwards, he went on to further his training in Florence and then in Paris for three more years. For the past four years he has been working from his studio primarily on portrait commissions, but also on landscapes, still lifes and other figurative work. Andrew has exhibited in a number of solo and group shows in England and the United States, including the Royal Society of Portrait Painters exhibition in the Mall Galleries in London in 2006.
