Judges (including Jenny Saville and the novelist Alan Hollinghurst) said they were drawn “to the timeless quality of the painting and its treatment of a father and son relationship through art”.

Jamie received a BA (Hons) in Archaeology and Antropology from Keble College, Oxford which focused on human evolution and the development of prehistoric art.

He trained formally in fine art for three and a half years at The Florence Academy of Art, LARA and Charles Cecil Studios. In his final year he worked as the art history lecturer and as an assistant instructor at the Florence Academy.

Jamie Coreth kindly donated his drawing 'Henry' to Friends Of LARA. Follow this link to submit your bid - all proceeds will go to the charity.
