LARA Entrance

The London Atelier of Representational Art is situated in the Clapham North Art Centre – a former railway marshalling yard, with good transport links. The LARA has two studios which together form an ideal working environment. These include the Life Room, illuminated by natural north-facing daylight as used by artists for centuries, creating details and shadow patterns that reveal form. The Cast/Portrait Room is lit artificially, providing constant and directional light, easily adaptable to the needs of each project.
