Giles teaching the finer points of figure drawing
Working from the model in a sustained pose over 5 or 10 weeks, students will learn the fundamentals of ’sight size’ technique in the context of line and mass drawing and, ultimately, in painting. The teaching structure is basically the same as for the daytime figure courses, and we offer the unique advantage of students retaining their own spot every week, enabling everyone to experience the value of studying a prolonged pose.
Due to the atelier method of teaching it is possible to study for a shorter period of time (subject to availability) or to join after the start date. But we would recommend a minimum of five sessions to really benefit. No prior experience needed
